There are a ton of different uses for stretch bands, and each part of the body has a whole set of exercises you can use to target that particular area. Here are a few more popular areas with accompanying exercises.

Abdominal – These exercises focus on your core including the obliques and lower abs, which are often hard to get.

Arm – Increasing flexibility in the arms with tricep, biceps, and delts focused exercises. You probably won’t look like Arnold, but you will increase your physique.

Chest – Increase your upper torso strength with these resistance band exercises.
